Yona E. Isaacs, M.S.W. (she/hers) is a project coordinator for the Advancing Justice for Youth with Diverse SOGIE in Wayne County project. Yona is a researcher and evaluator with a background in youth mental health and previously has worked to support LGBTQIA+ communities in Southeast Michigan. Recently, she worked with the ACLU's Smart Justice campaign on various sentencing reform initiatives while completing her Masters in Social Work at the University of Michigan.
